Delivery across Kazakhstan
Delivery Terms
* The delivery time is indicated in business days and does not include the day of shipment acceptance, weekends, or public holidays.
*For city deliveries with payment upon receipt, the delivery time includes an additional +1 business day.
1. The delivery area of the Goods presented on the website and sold by Tengrium is limited to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances not caused by the Seller.

3. In exceptional cases, the Order fulfillment period may be individually agreed upon with the Buyer, depending on the characteristics and quantity of the ordered Goods. If part of the Order is not available in the Seller’s warehouse, including for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Seller has the right to cancel the unavailable Goods from the Buyer’s Order. The Seller undertakes to notify the Buyer about changes to their Order by sending a message to the email address provided during registration on the website or upon the direct receipt of the Order by the Buyer. In such cases, any funds paid by the Buyer will be refunded by the same method used for payment.

4. Upon delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or a third party specified in the Order as the recipient (hereinafter, the Buyer and third party are referred to as the “Recipient”).

5. To prevent fraud, when handing over a prepaid Order, the delivery person is entitled to request identification from the Recipient and record the type and number of the provided document on the delivery receipt. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Recipient’s personal data.

6. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of actual transfer of the Order to them. In case of non-delivery, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the full value of the prepaid Order and delivery after receiving confirmation of the loss from the Delivery Service.

7. The cost of delivery for each Order is calculated individually, based on the weight of the Goods, the region, the delivery method, and (if applicable) the payment method. The final delivery cost is shown on the website during the final stage of placing the Order.

8. The Seller's obligation to transfer the Goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the moment the Goods are handed over to the Recipient by the courier or collected by the Recipient at the agreed pickup location (pickup point).

9. When receiving the Order from the courier, the Recipient must inspect the packaging for damage. If there are no claims regarding the integrity of the packaging, the Recipient signs the "Order Delivery Form" or another similar document provided by the courier. If the packaging is damaged, the Recipient must inspect the Goods in the courier’s presence and verify their quantity, assortment, and completeness. In case of discrepancies, a Non-Conformity Report must be completed with the courier, and the Buyer must contact the “Customer Care Service” at +7 701 199 05 06.

10. The courier delivering Goods sold by Tengrium is allowed to stay at the Recipient’s address for a maximum of 15 minutes.

11. The User understands and agrees that delivery is a separate service and is not an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer. This service is considered complete once the Recipient receives the Goods and payment is made. Any claims regarding the quality of the Goods after receipt and payment shall be handled in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010, No. 274-IV “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (with amendments as of April 14, 2019) and the Seller’s warranty obligations.
