2. Subject of the Agreement2.1. The Seller sells the Product in accordance with the current price list published on the Seller’s website, and the Buyer pays for and accepts the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. This Agreement and all its annexes are official documents of the Seller and form an integral part of the Offer.
3. Placing an Order3.1. The Buyer places an Order through the Website or via phone by contacting the call center listed on the Website.
3.2. When registering (placing) an Order on the Seller’s Website, the Buyer agrees to provide their registration information.
3.3. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement by entering the required data into the registration form on the Website.
The Buyer has the right to edit their registration information. The Seller agrees not to disclose the Buyer’s registration data or any other personal information provided on the Website to third parties unrelated to the execution of the Order.
By confirming the selected Product Order, the Buyer provides the necessary information for delivery.
3.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and content of the information provided when placing the Order.
3.5. All informational materials presented on the Website are for reference only and may not fully reflect the actual details of the Product, such as price, color, shape, size, or packaging. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the characteristics of a Product, they should consult the Seller or send an inquiry via email before placing the Order.
4. Order Fulfillment Timeframe4.1. The time required for the Seller to fulfill an Order is at least one business day. The fulfillment time depends on the availability of the ordered Products in the Seller’s warehouse and the time needed for processing the Order.
In exceptional cases, the fulfillment time may be individually agreed with the Buyer, depending on the specifics and quantity of the ordered Products.
If some items in the Order are unavailable in the Seller’s warehouse, including due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller may cancel those items.
The Seller agrees to inform the Buyer of any changes to the Order by sending a notification to the email address provided during registration or including a written note on the invoice upon delivery.
4.2. The Order is considered fulfilled at the moment it is handed over to the Buyer.
By signing the delivery note provided by the courier, the Buyer confirms receipt and fulfillment of the Order.
4.3. The cost and terms of delivery are specified by the Buyer on the Seller’s Website.
4.4. If the Buyer provides incorrect contact or order information, the Seller is not responsible for improper fulfillment of the Order.
5. Order Payment5.1. The Buyer may choose one of the following payment methods for the fulfilled Order:
- Cash payment to the Seller’s delivery courier. A sales receipt will serve as proof of payment.
- Bank transfer to the Seller’s current account.
- Online payment using electronic payment systems and the following payment methods:
