Payment Methods for Purchases on Tengrium.kz
The Buyer's payment for the order does not guarantee the issuance or shipment of the goods by the courier, as defects or damages to the item (previously on display) may be discovered during the picking and packing process. The Seller has the right to inform the Buyer of this and refund the payment, canceling the Buyer's order. The order will be released for delivery or self-pickup only after it receives the status "Confirmed."

Payment Process via Installment/Credit through Halyk Bank:
You can pay for your purchase with any bank card that supports online payments, using secure services:

Payment process by bank card in the Tengrium.kz online store:
- Log in to your personal account on the Tengrium.kz online store;
- Select the desired product, size, and click the "Add to Cart" button;
- Go to the “Cart,” check the order details, and click “Checkout”;
- Verify your personal information (Full Name and phone number);
- Choose a convenient “Delivery Method” (Courier delivery or In-store pickup);
- Select a delivery address or add a new one;
- Then choose “Payment Method” – Card payment*;
- Select a convenient payment service:
- Halyk Bank – for cards issued by Halyk Bank;
- Enter your available promo code and click the “Proceed to Payment” button;
- In the newly opened window, enter your bank card details (card number, cardholder's name and surname, card expiration date, and CVV/CVC code, email, and phone number).
Please make sure that your card supports online transactions, is valid, and has sufficient funds.
The fiscal receipt will be sent to your email address specified in your profile. Once the order status changes to “Confirmed,” the receipt will be saved in the order details under the “My Orders” section.
- Log in to your personal account on the Tengrium.kz online store;
- Select the desired product and size, then click the “Add to Cart” button;
- Go to the “Cart”, check your Personal Details (First and Last Name, and phone number), and click “Place Order”;
- Choose a convenient “Delivery Method” (Courier delivery, In-store pickup);
- Select a delivery address or add a new one;
- Enter your available promo code;
- Next, open the Halyk Bank – Homebank app. On the main page, select “Installment” – “Installment at partner network” – Tengrium;
- Enter the installment amount from 4,000 KZT to 1,000,000 KZT*;
- Fill in the remaining fields, click “Next” and wait for the bank’s decision.
*Please note that the installment plan is available for 3, 6, or 12 months, while the loan term ranges from 24 to 60 months.
You can pay for your purchase to the courier (by cash or card) upon delivery.
Order placement process with the "Payment upon receipt" method:
The "Payment upon receipt" method does not allow opening the package or trying on items at the time of delivery.
- Log in to your personal account on the Tengrium.kz online store;
- Select the desired product and size, then click “Add to Cart”;
- Go to your “Cart,” check your personal information (Full Name and Phone Number), and click “Place Order”;
- Choose a convenient “Delivery Method” (Courier Delivery or In-store Pickup);
- Select a delivery address or add a new one;
- Enter any promo code you have;
- Then, select the payment method “Payment upon receipt*” and complete your order.
Please note that jewelry items cannot be purchased using the "Payment upon receipt" method.
