Which products are non-returnable?
When can I make a return?
A number of products are not eligible for return in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV "On Consumer Rights Protection", including but not limited to:
  • Pharmaceuticals and medical devices
  • Underwear
  • Hosiery products
  • Animals and plants
  • Goods sold by the meter, such as fabrics of all types, knitted and curtain fabrics, artificial fur, carpets, non-woven materials, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, mouldings, films, oilcloth
  • Mobile communication subscriber devices
What are the condition requirements for a product return?
  • The product must be in full set, including all inserts, certificates, fillers, and protective films.
  • The original branded box must be preserved.
  • The product must not have been used or operated.
  • The product’s appearance must be preserved.
  • The consumer properties, seals, original tags, and barcode labels must be intact and in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase and payment (e.g., invoice or sales receipt) must be provided.
  • A product presented on the website as a set must be returned with all its components.
  • Returns of items purchased at full price or with a discount of up to 50% are free of charge.
  • Returns of items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are made at the Customer's expense. The cost of return via courier service is 1,500 KZT.
When is the refund issued to the customer?
Within 15 business days from the date the returned item is received.
How is the refund issued to the customer?
Is there a fee for returns?
By transferring the funds to the bank account or other account specified by the customer.
  • After the Seller accepts the returned item, within 15 business days from the date the item is received.
  • After conducting an authenticity examination.
  • The product must be in full set, in good condition, and in its original packaging with barcodes.
  • The product must have original brand tags and labels, as well as a document confirming the purchase and payment (e.g., invoice).
  • The product must not be on the list of non-returnable items in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV "On Consumer Rights Protection" (e.g., pharmaceuticals and medical devices; underwear; hosiery; animals and plants; goods sold by the meter, such as fabrics of all types, knitted and curtain materials, artificial fur, carpets, non-woven materials, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, mouldings, films, oilcloth, and mobile communication devices).
  • Returns or exchanges must be made in person at the boutique. A thorough inspection of the item is conducted, including an expert evaluation to confirm that the item has not been used.
  • A 1% deduction from the purchase amount will be applied to cover insurance costs for transporting the item.
  • All certificates related to the item (COSC, Geneva Seal, Fleurier Certificate, etc.) must be returned.
  • If certificates are not returned, their value may be deducted from the refund amount (certificate costs must be requested from each brand individually).
The item will be sent back to the Customer at the same address from which it was originally delivered.
Can the item be exchanged?
Exchange of items purchased through the online store is not possible.
How to initiate a return?
  • Submit a return request by calling +7 701 199 05 06 (multi-line and WhatsApp available).
  • State the reason for the return and list any product defects, if applicable.
  • Attach the following documents to your request: a copy of your ID or passport, and a receipt or payment confirmation from your online banking app or other payment system.
  • Hand over the product along with the required documents to the courier who will be sent to you.
  • Wait for the return to be processed.
  • We will refund your money within 15 business days from the date the item is received by the Seller, provided it meets all return conditions.
A refund will not be issued if the returned item does not meet the requirements of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
Non-returnable items include:
